Yearly, elections are held in cities, communities, organizations countries etc to elect leaders of such as Presidents, Prime Ministers, Mayors, Governors, Parliamentarians, Heads of United Nations, Global Entities, Unions, Regional Bodies, Associations, etc.

Given the domestic and foreign impact of the actions, policies, pronouncement of leaders, people around the world debate the goals, agenda and manifestos of candidates and may wish they can vote in elections that produce leaders at several stratum of society. In campaigning for nomination, appointment or election, candidates hold divergent views on issues like Global Goals, Climate Change, Sustainability, etc which shape global affairs, hence the world is attuned.

The Voices Speaking for Voters survey, gauges global opinion about how the goals, agenda, visions etc of leaders, affect global affairs and how these influence their preferences for a given leader. Though they will not vote in the polls, the views of humanity will be presented at a forum where the leader will render a Goals Lecture, Goals Interview and Goals Challenge to raise resources for the goal.  Our research will not impact on people's choice.

Survey participants will be invited to the event where their preferred candidate will espouse more and raise resources to achieve the goal such as Climate Change and mobilize resources to achieve the goal.
