Synopsis

The world is shaped daily by the decisions, intents, actions and in-actions of leaders including Presidents, Prime Ministers, Royals, Mayors, CEO’s, and others. Though they are massively assisted by advisers, there is a growing yawning gap in gateways that leaders can use to engage the general public and pool ideas that can enrich the decisions they make. In the political and public governance space, the failure of leaders to optimally to harness the diversity of the public often leads to discontent. There is a need a glaring need to support leaders to succeed for the good of society.

OPiALiZER Show® Voices Speaking for Leaders is a platform for the public to set and support agenda for leaders especially during situations that call for decisiveness in action that will address issues affecting the silent majority. Voices Speaking for Leaders, will support leaders with a basket full of ideas and mobilize human and material resources to enable he leader achieve goals that will boost sustainability and overall well-being.

Voices Speaking for Leaders, is a platform for people to express their views on the goals leaders can achieve to improve society. The conversations are structured using a Goals Model© framework that profiles the context of the goal and resources imperatives. It helps to raise resources to assist leaders achieve goals that enhances the well-being of citizens. Voices feel the pulse, mood, psyche etc of the people on any issues that is built around goals. The voices assist leaders in feeling the pulse of the people and taking appropriate actions.

Tools: The innovations that drives the Voices show includes Opia Goals Model©, which is used to capture the goal to be achieved; the novel OPiALiZER Software©, that is used to create an actionable goals project representing the model; the Goals Sport©, that is used to showcase how the goal will be achieved and in the process mobilize resources and the novel OPiALiZER Social Media© where projects will be shared and events streamed live.

When: Voices Speaking for Leaders will hold regularly based on as issues at the local, national, regional, global space etc. At the global sphere, it will be hosted to mark International Days such as Earth Day, World Environment Day, and World Food Day etc Special Voices show will hold in the event of an act of nature incidence that requires leaders to take decisive actions. Such will include fire, hurricane, flood, landslide, volcanic eruption, earthquake, pandemic etc. For leaders in politics and governance, it will hold during inauguration and assumption of office, anniversary in office, during electioneering, when disaster occurs etc

Voices Show Activities
Activities: Voices will involve interviews, surveys, poll, resource mobilization, entertainment, messages to leaders, etc
Special activity: A Goals Challenge is an activity that uses the Goals Sport© to show the attainment of goals and mobilize resources across the world to achieve a goal.

Venue: Voices will be held in large outdoor spaces that can hold substantial number of persons such as parks, sports arena etc.

Participants: Will include a guest or guests and a mass of people selected randomly from a broad spectrum of society for inclusiveness. They will address a contemporary goal whose achievement will bring succour to the citizens. The mass will include people found in spaces like parks, restaurants, schools, streets, etc.

Audience: This show will attract people from all walks of life, locally and internationally who are interested in the theme of the show.

Partners: The movement and congregation of hundreds and thousands of people for the show will inspire the demand for flight, hotel, taxi, food, drinks camping, insurance, banking etc. Entities interested in providing products should register as our partners
