While property value is enhanced with different features, more can be done to enrich their worth through aesthetics. OPiALiZER Show® for Real Estate provides property owners with tools to optimize the utility of their property. It makes properties to be useful locations for shows to be organized by property owners and occupants thereby creating greater enjoyment and benefits. It therefore enhances the function, utility and value of properties.

Tools: The innovations that will drive the show includes Opia Goals Model©, which will be used to capture the goal to be achieved; the novel OPiALiZER Software©, that will be installed in a computer and used to create a actionable project representing the model; the Opia Goals Sport©, that will be used in a Goals Challenge to showcase how the goal will be achieved and in the process mobilize resources and the novel OPiALiZER Social Media© where projects will be shared and events streamed live.

Requirements
Estate owners and users wishing to organize regular shows will need an OPiALiZER Goals Center® that will comprise:
1.    A room with laptops having the OPiALiZER Software© installed to be used for generating projects based on the framework of the Opia Goals Model© that the owner or occupant will showcase at a show to mobilize support.
2.    An Opia Goals Sport© Arcade where court(s) for the sport will be installed indoors or outdoors within the vicinity of the center. The sport will be used for a Goals Challenge by guests to actualize their goals model and achieve the goal while also providing a means for learning, fundraising, entertainment,  fitness, etc
a.    The space required will depend on the size of the property, and the number of courts desired. The bigger the space, the more persons that can attend the show.
b.    For goals center that will be cited on individual homes, we recommend a space of 25ft by 50ft to lay the court for the sport. The space can be on the ground or preferably on roof top.
c.    For public spaces like hotels, gardens, hostels, parks, malls, event centers etc a space of 50ft by 100ft on the ground or preferably on roof top is ideal
