OPiALiZER Show® Terms & Conditions for Survey
These Survey Terms and Conditions (referred to as the "Survey Terms") together with the Terms & Conditions located at https://opializershow.com/terms ("General Terms") set forth the terms of an Agreement by which survey participants, (the "Participant") may participate in any OPiALiZER Show® research from time to time or event and activities related surveys ("Survey") as specified by OPiALiZER Show®. You must be at least 18 years of age in order to become a Participant. ("Survey") reserves the right to change these Survey Terms at any time without notice.
1. These Survey Terms are effective upon acceptance and govern the Participant's engagement in a OPiALiZER Show® research or event survey together with the General Terms. In the event of these General Terms conflicting with the Survey Terms, the Survey Terms will take precedence.
2. Survey refers to the gathering of feedback from the Participant relating to goals and goal related issues, which may consist of answering questionnaires, survey forms, or other forms of providing feedback to OPiALiZER Show® any related topics. The Surveys may help OPiALiZER Show® to generate ideas concerning goals, attainment of goals, events, end-user experience etc which may ultimately benefit OPiALiZER Show® wider-customer base. Such Surveys shall be conducted either by means of the online survey forms, telephone, in person by representatives of OPiALiZER Show®, or through an online interface. If the Survey requires the physical presence of the Participant, OPiALiZER Show® representatives and the Participant shall mutually agree on a time and place where the Survey will take place.
3. The Participant acknowledges that OPiALiZER Show® needs to gather and process the following personal data from them in order for the Participant to take part in any Survey such as: first name, last name, email address and phone number. Your personal data will only be processed for the purposes of analysis and presenting the Survey results, the assessment of the Survey, and sending of informative messages by OPiALiZER Show® concerning the Survey and the interviews performed by OPiALiZER Show®. The personal data you provide to OPiALiZER Show®, will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. The Participant understands that OPiALiZER Show® may share the Participant’s personal data identified in clauses herein or any feedback the Participant has provided to OPiALiZER Show® solely for the purposes of carrying out the Survey. For the purposes of this Agreement, affiliates are entities associated OPiALiZER Show®. All of the OPiALiZER Show® Affiliates adhere to the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
5. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Nigeria. All disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved by the applicable courts of Nigeria.
6. The relationship between OPiALiZER Show® and the Participant is independent in nature, and the Participant shall not claim to be a partner, employee, agent, or joint venture partner of or with OPiALiZER Show® or claim any benefits available to the personnel of OPiALiZER Show® under/before any law or forum.
7. If any part of the Survey Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be superseded by the valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Survey Terms shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, these Survey Terms, together with the General Terms, constitute the entire terms between the Participant and OPiALiZER Show® and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the Participant and OPiALiZER Show® with respect to the Survey. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by the Participant or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
